Summary: "Wonderful Full Body Exercises in a Chair!"

This is certainly one of the better exercise DVD for Seniors and Elderly.
The Instructor is very good. The exercises are well organized and she explains and shows the exercises before she starts doing them which makes it very easy to follow along.
This DVD has enhanced my strength and flexibility. I love the beautiful sunny beach background.
The end relaxation and affirmations with nature gives me more energy and makes me feel very good. I Recommended this to all who want easy effective gentle seated chair exercises.

Summary: "Good Sitting Exercise DVD for Seniors and Elderly!"

Great seated exercises for seniors and older people. Mom likes this DVD it is not difficult to perform the exercises. Very well explained and demonstrated, easy to do and Sunshine does them slow enough and mom keeps up with it.
The exercises are done at a good pace, slow enough to follow yet encompasses the whole body covering every muscle group. The exercises appear ordinary, yet they bring great results!

This was not at all suitible for my elderly mother, and would not recommend it as such. Seniors perhaps but not the 'ELDERLY' who need somthing simpler and easier to follow.

I ordered this for my mother who is 73 yrs old. She loves the video and does the routine several times a week. She has advanced to using some light weight after a couple of weeks. Great program!

Summary: "Good Easy Sitting Exercises DVD for Seniors."

I got this DVD and the easy sitting dumbbells exercises DVD for my elderly mother. Good pace for seniors has a 5 minute warm up. About 20 minutes of mild seated exercises for strength, stretch and balance, about 5 minutes of cool down, 5 minutes of relaxation.
No complex choreography. The trainer explains very clearly and shows how to do the exercise first then she starts and does the exercise 10 times. Mom likes it a lot and enjoys doing these exercises every other day.
Good Seniors exercise DVD. Recommended to those just starting and want to do gentle seated exercises.
